About us

TwinTips is an online platform connecting prospective rental tenants with property owners in Yuzawa. We work to promote the beautiful Yuzawa and Minami-Uonuma alpine regions, by making it more accessible to non-Japanese visitors. We do our best to support local businesses and the local community. We work closely with building management to ensure that our community is a positive force and do not disturb other residents.

TwinTips K.K. was incorporated in 2014, and is headquartered in Minami-Uonuma, Niigata prefecture, Japan. The company is privately owned and the majority of shares are held by members of the TwinTips community.

What we can do for you

For our valued club members, TwinTips offers spacious, comfortable and affordable self-serviced rental apartments in Yuzawa. Our ultimate goal is to give our exclusive members a convenient, fun, family-friendly and stress free experience.

For investors and property owners, TwinTips aims to make it easier to manage alpine rental properties in the areas where we operate. TwinTips takes care of marketing, advertisement, bookings, rental contracts and other tasks related to renting out your alpine properties.

The filming and editing was all done in Yuzawa, and the skiers and snowboarders you see are all TwinTippers.
